customers have always enjoyed in her Gulf Shores restaurant.
Amelia's first catering
experience was her own daughter's wedding. She knew she had
found her calling in life.
Amelia's Catering was started
in 1993, and her calendar of events filled quickly.
In 1996, Amelia
opened Amelia's Deli & Catering with the help of her
daughters and friends. The small restaurant quickly became a
favorite lunch spot for the local crowd in beautiful Gulf
Shores, Alabama.
